MY 2.4KM IN 9mins 57.89sec!!! KENNA SAI!!! i cant believe it... BUT my heart was pumping out... realli run like siao... Huai Xin couldnt believe it, i couldnt believe it either... well, constant pushing realli works...

now its time to lose massive weight... do toning and cardio now... its time to PUSH!!!
