anyways... sunday morning ride was one hell of a killer... TC wid aerobars cruise so easily through-out most of the rides... damn sian lahz... knn... i'll get my bars... u juz wait... I've clocked 110km in that day thanks to Winston...

110km in total... my thighs almost give out... was a killer... two days widout sleeping and den cycling kills... alritez... enuff grumblin... this is the real deal...

anywayz... this is my 'prize' picture for the day... got me thinkin... a wheel has onli one purpose... to transport people or goods on a vehicle or a machine... its only goes round and round and round... this round thing has facilitated humans so much, yet aid in destroying lives and injuring pple (yes i got injured on a bike)...

humans too... they aid people, they destroy each other... but even though humans hurt one another, humans still go back to each other (like how i go back to my bikes even though i fall with them...)... strange eh...

aniwayz... the spokes are also strange... it connects the rim and the hubs den to the frame... how the hell these sticks can hold so much weight??? i alwayz wonder how these stuff work... Thank God for the ones who discovered the bicycle... if nt i wouldnt have so much fun on it...

abit of a crappy post if u ask me... its all my thoughts onli... its like 3.15am in the mornin... juz ended a call... so kinda tired n i've gt nothing much to do... still hafta go back to sch to settle some Poly Forum stuff den play some badminton...

aniwayz... cycled wid Prakesh 2day(tuesday)... saw his Trek Bike... was kinda nice... but abit too small for him though its a 54cm frame... done 50km 2day... thighs are givin me alittle less problem 2day... lactic acid juz flushed away after sleep... hopefulli i can reach a point where i flush out lactic acid like Phelps does... tat guy is one crazy guy... XD no offense but congrats on ur wins durin the olympic...

guess i needa go slp liaoz... gt more exercising to do tml... MUZ GET FIT!!! =X
