i really run the real run

so so so... real run was abit sucky... hopefulli the guy i tripped doesnt curse n swear and remember my name on the bib... this was John's relative's house... i realli realli cant remember who's but yeahz... nice semi-D... and i dunno y am i caught posing... i look better with shirts on =X no doubt abt tat...the 4 winners of the real run... great run guys... the gents wid 15km and ladies with 10km...erm... what are we doing???so that faithful morning we were preparing ourselves... race bib and championship chip check...yepz... its my 3rd yr doin the New Balance Real Run... kinda fun if u do it every yr... den u collect every yr's shirt... n yeahz... all the way man... met Mr Martin Lee and he offered a ride off to his place b4 he head down to sentosa... thank you sir...

the hunks and babes from the performing arts are gathered down at the beach for some fun time under the sun, on the sand and into the sea...

some food that i've been craving for a long long LONG time... Tulang... i do miss Haslinda's mum's tulang alot though... nice and meaty on the outside, soft n tasty on the inside... wid good sauce... this is the one at golden mile, beach road... by far the best tulang i ate outside... but Has's mum's tulang is still the BEST!!!

tada~ i finalli found the pic of my baked pasta... wasnt cheesy enuff coz i didnt get enuff cheese =( and Arvind said tat it wasnt salty enuff... but i'm cool wid it XD
i hope i'll get to wear my no.2 again for some dining in session after i sign on wid navy... i'm kinda excited to sail man...

in case those who dunno wadz Aglio Olio, its actualli garlic and olive oil... so if i say i'm cooin aglio olio, tat means i'm cooking a pasta dish wid garlic and olive oil as base... haha add olives, chilli, mushroom and bacon and there you go, an awesome tasting pasta dish =P
and to promote 'the world's best burger'... THE WG BURGER (a.k.a Winre Garage Burger)... you probably can guess where is it from... WINE GARAGE... 2 nice burger bread, wid premium lettuce, pickles, onion, melted aged cheddar cheese, premium bacon(can remember the pig's name), medium rare done beef patty(cant remember the cow's name too) served with fries and sage leaves(i tink)... awesome rich flavour wid juicyness tat makes u WOW thruout ur day... to go along, vintage 2006 Reisling wine to go... EXCELLENT lunch... OH OH OH!!! and to end off the lunch, molten chocolate cake with ice cream and donut wid some lemon custard, blueberry jam and ice cream... YUM!!!
and i bet this lady is having a good time at Germany... JIA JIA!!! I MISS U ALOT!!! wanna sing wid u soon again girl... my cockroach gf... HAHA!!! we go way back to leadership training camp man... btw she put on abit of weight... =X

BUT like sweeping all issues to somewhere that no one can realli notice, but after a while, everything builds up and things gets too obvious... they love to talk about people's flaws but not look at their own, talk about other people's problems but not facing theirs, complain about other people's weakness, but not tell them what can they do about it...

and after a hard day's play and no food for breakfast n lunch, everyone enjoyed JUNK FOOD (CARL'S JR AND KFC!!!)

COOK OUT DAY 1

the 10 hungry monsters for the day... thnx Haslinda (her mom actualli) for the fabulous TULANG!!! everyone had a great time at her place... no pics of the food though... good food goes down the stomach faster than the pics can be taken (actualli everyone was engrossed wid eating than taking pics wid out dirty hands...)we went starbucks after though... the ladies~and the gentlemen~Arvind n John had a rose each... all i get was my ice-hazelnut-chocolate-soaked straw... which definitely taste better than starbucks napkins =P

COOK OUT DAY 2the chefs for the day~ on the menu: Baked cheesy pasta, stew, and to end off, CHEESECAKE~ thnx Elena for helping wid the prep too =)the pasta looked sumthin like this, but this was my pasta salad... had to make some for home consumption... i'm havin it nw as i blog XDCheesecake in John's new oven... lovely oven...to end off the day, a nice game of mahjong... though we didnt play money =(

MORNING OFF-ROAD CYCLE

definitely a must blog... lovely 10km of off-road madness... u'll have to love Mother Nature for this man... nice air, nice view, nice off-road, nice jumps, nice downhill, nice mud, nice trails, nice everything!!! its a Mandai to Bukit Panjang back to Mandai road btw...

mid point of the place...uneven grounds for u to enjoy the bumps, and let ur fork soak up the impact...nice exits with big flat open area for rest n pics...a nice natural quarterpipe like curve tat brings u downwards... u'll have to ride at abt 30 to 45 deg angle...if u can see properly, there are platforms that allows u to jump high if u build up enuff speed, surely this will entice Arvind to ride wid us soon...the guys restin... seriously speaking, i'm the youngest there (i'm 19 for those who dunno)... and the rest are above 30 i tink... but hell, they are still one of the most active uncles that i know... HAHA kudos to u guys...steep fast downhills that could make u fly if u dun hit it properly...side trails for u to follow... grass aint easy terrain for pple to cycle... makes u go slow... and if u can go to 15km/h, ur fast... LOLZ...and the super uphill grass club wid humps tat u haf to build loads of speed to conquer... sux i tell u... but builds ur stamina well...

hopefulli i made up for my MIA time... HAHA!!! but i'm super bored oso... so if anyone gt any activities to jio me, by all means drop me a call...
